Baking helpers for perfect results

Kochblume’s baking accessories are designed for precise and comfortable work. Whisks, dough scrapers and baking spoons made of high-quality silicone allow clean mixing, stirring and processing of doughs and creams.

The material is flexible yet stable, so you stay in control even with thicker mixtures. It is also heat-resistant, BPA-free and flavour-neutral – ideal for versatile use in the kitchen.

Thanks to the gentle surface, the accessories are also suitable for delicate bowls and coated containers. The durable construction ensures that the products keep their shape and function even with regular use.

For sweet moments and creative recipe ideas

Baking has something calming about it – you work step by step, see directly how something takes shape, and consciously take your time for it. With the right baking helpers, exactly this process feels pleasant and structured.

Dough can be worked cleanly, moulds function as they should, and every move sits right. This creates a smooth process in which you don’t have to get held up by little things.

This turns baking into a moment that feels good – because everything simply works and you can fully concentrate on what you’re doing.

Easily cleaned, in shape for a long time

Cleaning stays uncomplicated when baking too. Residues such as dough or cream come off the surface easily, without the need for long soaking.

The silicone absorbs neither odours nor discolouration and stays hygienically clean even with frequent use.

All products are dishwasher-safe and can alternatively be cleaned simply by hand – quick, thorough and without extra effort.

👉 Read briefly, decide confidently.

What is Kochblume?

Kochblume is a brand for high-quality kitchen helpers made of premium silicone and other durable materials. Our products are functional, durable, easy to care for and thoughtfully designed to make cooking and baking easier and more pleasant.

Are the products really heat-resistant and durable?

Yes, our silicone kitchen helpers can withstand high temperatures of up to 260 °C without any problems. This means you can, for example, leave a cooking spoon in a hot pot or use our Kochblume boil-over aid on the bubbling cooking pot without the material deforming or melting.

You can also use the silicone helpers as a splatter guard in the pan or when baking in the oven. The only important thing is that you avoid open flames – silicone should not be held directly over a gas flame, as very high temperatures can occur at certain points (the 260 °C could be exceeded). In normal use (cooking, frying, oven), however, the material remains stable.

Our products are durable: silicone is UV-resistant and hardly ages. It also doesn’t break down like plastic, but remains functional for years. An advantage for the environment: during later disposal (incineration/recycling), no toxic residues are produced – silicone breaks down into quartz sand, a natural substance. This makes the products a good choice from a sustainability perspective too.

What are Kochblume kitchen helpers made of?

Our kitchen helpers are made predominantly of 100% premium silicone, often combined with an inner core of stainless steel for stability (e.g. for spoons and spatulas). The silicone used is food-safe, BPA-free and contains no plasticisers. It has the advantage that no harmful substances are released into food. It is also heat-resistant (up to approx. 260 °C) and remains dimensionally stable even at high temperatures. Besides silicone, some products use additional materials – e.g. our spice grinders have a ceramic grinding mechanism and parts made of ABS plastic, and our microfibre cloths are made of high-quality polyester-polyamide fibre. All materials are carefully selected and meet high quality standards.

Why should you banish plastic from your kitchen right now?

Because you take a risk with it every day.

Many plastic kitchen helpers become unstable when heated,
warp or release unwanted substances into your food.
Especially when you’re cooking for yourself or your family.

The safe alternative: high-quality silicone

  • 100% BPA- & pollutant-free
  • heat-resistant up to 260 °C
  • stays stable – even under high stress
  • releases no substances into your food

👉 The choice is yours: keep cooking with risk – or make the right decision once and for all.

Conclusion:
Silicone is not an “upgrade”.
It is the safe foundation for your kitchen.

Are you destroying your pans with metal kitchen helpers?

Because you’re slowly destroying your pans with them.

Metal and stainless steel kitchen helpers leave fine scratches in the coating with every use – often invisible, but permanently harmful.

The consequence:

  • food sticks more quickly
  • the non-stick effect wears off
  • your pan has to be replaced sooner

👉 And that costs you money unnecessarily.

The better solution: Silicone!

Gentle on the surface, strong in use.
What this means for you:

  • no scratches in coated pans
  • longer life for your pans
  • better cooking results

    Conclusion:

👉 If you want to protect your pans,
silicone is the clear choice.

Are the Kochblume kitchen utensils (spoons, spatulas, etc.) dishwasher-safe?

Yes, all our silicone kitchen utensils are dishwasher-safe. You can put them in the dishwasher without hesitation. The colours are retained, the material takes no harm. Only at very high washing temperatures (intensive programme above 70 °C) can the colour intensity diminish minimally over time – but this is barely noticeable. If you wash by hand, use normal washing-up liquid and soft sponges or cloths. Thanks to the non-stick property of silicone, food residues come off easily

One advantage: silicone utensils do not scratch your cookware. So you can stir in coated pans with peace of mind too. Thanks to the internal stainless steel core, our spatulas & co. are nevertheless dimensionally stable and do not bend.
